Book for thisHow treatment works
Skipping straight to exercises is why a lot of rehab fails. We do not skip.
A 45-minute examination: history, movement testing, strength and the demands of your daily routine. You leave knowing what is actually causing the pain.
Hands-on therapy, dry needling, taping or electrotherapy where the evidence supports it — chosen for your diagnosis, not applied as a package.
Progressive loading that restores strength and control, with a home programme you can follow on your phone between sessions.
A maintenance plan and workplace or training adjustments so the same problem does not bring you back in six months.
Book an appointment
Requests sent before 6 PM on a working day are usually confirmed the same day. No payment is taken online — you pay at the clinic after your session.
Takes under a minute. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Before you book
No. You can book a physiotherapy assessment directly. Bring any scans, reports or prescriptions you already have — they help, but they are not required.
Your first visit is 45 minutes: a full history, a movement and strength assessment, hands-on treatment, and a written plan you take home the same day.
Most patients with a straightforward problem need four to six sessions. Post-surgical and neurological rehabilitation runs longer. We give you an honest estimate after the first assessment and review it as you progress.
Some techniques cause temporary discomfort, and loading an irritable tendon can feel achy afterwards. Nothing happens without your consent, and you can stop any technique at any point.
We work with most major health insurers and can bill your provider directly where your policy allows. Tell us your insurer when you book and we will confirm your cover before your first visit.
Loose clothing you can move in. For a knee or hip problem, shorts help. For a shoulder or neck problem, a vest or loose t-shirt works best.
